Terms of Service

1. General Usage

Influenzic is sold as a lifetime software license. Upon purchase you receive the right to install and operate the plugin on the number of live WordPress sites permitted by your license tier — one site on Starter, up to three sites on Pro. Staging and local development environments are not counted against your install limit.

Your license does not expire. The plugin will continue to function on your sites regardless of whether you renew your support and updates subscription. License keys are issued per purchase and are non-transferable.

2. Functional Guarantee

We guarantee that Influenzic will function as documented when installed on a compatible WordPress environment that meets the stated server requirements. If the plugin does not work as documented on a qualifying environment, we will fix the issue at no charge within your active support period.

This is a functional guarantee against software defects — it is not a money-back guarantee. All sales are final. Please review the documentation and make use of our live demo and pre-sales support before purchasing.

3. Support & Updates

Each license includes a period of support and updates from the date of purchase: 12 months on all plans. During this period you are entitled to bug fixes, compatibility updates, new feature releases, and ticket-based support.

After your included support period expires, the plugin continues to work on your site indefinitely. You will no longer receive new updates or be able to submit support tickets unless you extend your support. Support extension is entirely optional and available at a flat annual rate regardless of when you originally purchased.

4. Support Services Scope

Support covers defects in Influenzic itself and questions about how to use its documented features. The following are outside the scope of included support:

• Conflicts caused by third-party plugins or themes not supplied by us
• WordPress core configuration, server administration, or hosting issues
• Custom code modifications or feature development beyond the plugin's documented behaviour
• Design or content work of any kind

5. Installation Service

Agency license holders may request a free installation service setup. Essential, Advanced, and Professional license holders may purchase installation setup at the rate listed on the pricing page. Installation covers plugin activation and initial configuration as per our documentation on a single site.

Installation does not include page creation, content entry, theme customisation, or code modifications. Installation is intended for new WordPress deployments, not for migrating or modifying established sites. We reserve the right to decline installation requests that fall outside this scope.

6. No Refunds

All sales are final. Influenzic is a digital software product and is delivered immediately upon purchase. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks for change of mind, unused licenses, or incompatibility with third-party software outside our stated requirements.

If Influenzic does not function as documented on a qualifying environment, open a support ticket and we will resolve the issue. We strongly encourage you to use our live demo and to ask pre-sales questions before purchasing.

7. Licensing

Influenzic is distributed under a split license. The WordPress plugin components are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0+), consistent with WordPress licensing requirements. This means you have the right to use, modify, and redistribute those components under the GPL.

Proprietary assets — including but not limited to JavaScript files, CSS compiled output, images, and design elements — remain the intellectual property of Influenzic and are not covered by the GPL. These assets may not be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed without explicit written permission.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the software. It does not permit you to resell the plugin, redistribute it as your own product, or use it to build a competing software product.

8. Compatibility

Influenzic is tested against the minimum WordPress and PHP versions stated in our documentation. We provide compatibility updates for supported versions during active support periods. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every combination of hosting environment, theme, or third-party plugin.

Influenzic is not designed for or tested on WordPress Multisite (network installations). Use on WordPress Multisite is not supported and is outside the scope of our functional guarantee and support services.
