Social Accounts

Social Audit Queue — Admin

How admins review, approve, decline, and blacklist influencer social account connections.

When influencers connect a social account, the connection enters a pending review queue. Admins approve or decline the connection from Influenzic → Social Accounts.

Account Statuses

Status Meaning
in_review Connected and awaiting admin approval
stats_submitted Influencer has submitted updated follower/engagement stats for re-approval
connected Approved; account is live and counted in quality score
declined Admin rejected the connection; influencer can reconnect and resubmit
blacklisted Handle is banned from the platform; no user can connect it

Approving a Connection

  1. Find the account in the queue (filter: in_review or stats_submitted).
  2. Click Approve.
  3. If the status was stats_submitted, the pending follower/engagement stats are promoted to the live columns and a history snapshot is saved.
  4. Account status → connected. The influencer is notified.

Declining a Connection

Click Decline and optionally enter a note. The account status moves to declined. The influencer can view the note, correct any issues, and resubmit the connection for review.

Blacklisting a Handle

Blacklisting a social handle prevents any user from ever connecting that account again. Use this for confirmed fake accounts, impersonation attempts, or handles that violate platform terms.

  • Click Blacklist Handle. The account is immediately set to blacklisted.
  • Existing users with that handle connected have their connection disconnected automatically.
  • To reverse: click Remove from Blacklist.

For accounts that include a profile bio link as part of their verification, click Verify Bio to run an on-demand HTTP check against the influencer’s submitted bio URL and see the live HTTP status code.
