What the Influenzic admin dashboard shows and how to read its KPI tiles and alert queue.

The Influenzic admin dashboard (Influenzic → Dashboard) gives the platform operator a real-time operational snapshot without leaving WordPress admin.

Alert Tiles

The top row displays time-sensitive items that require manual action:

Tile What It Counts Where to Act
Campaigns Under Review Campaigns in pending_review status waiting for admin approval Influenzic → Campaigns
Pending Payouts Influencer withdrawal + brand refund requests in pending status (excludes test-mode rows) Influenzic → Payouts
Oldest Payout Age Days since the oldest pending payout was requested — flags delayed processing Influenzic → Payouts
High-Priority Disputes Open resolutions with priority critical or high Influenzic → Disputes
Open Disputes All unresolved disputes (status not resolved or closed) Influenzic → Disputes
Open Support Tickets Tickets in open, awaiting_reply, or in_progress status Influenzic → Support Tickets
Pending Profile Reviews Influencer/brand profile changes awaiting admin approval Influenzic → Profile Reviews
Failed Emails Rows in wp_inzc_email_queue with status = 'failed' (exceeded 3 retry attempts) Check SMTP config & email queue

KPI Row 1 — Users

  • Total brands registered
  • Total influencers registered
  • Brands and influencers added in the last 30 days

KPI Row 2 — Activity

  • Active campaigns (live, non-test-mode)
  • Active projects (in-flight, non-test-mode)
  • Pending applications awaiting brand decision
  • Project pipeline breakdown by status (active, pending-review, content-approved, posted, etc.)

KPI Row 3 — Money

  • Fee revenue in the last 30 days (both commission and processing fee transactions)
  • Comparison to the prior 30-day period
  • Total pending payout amount (sum of all pending withdrawal/refund requests)

Quick-Action Lists

Below the KPIs, the dashboard shows the five most recent campaigns awaiting review and the five oldest pending payout requests so the operator can act without navigating away.
