Every automated email sent by Influenzic — from registration confirmation to dispute resolution — has an editable template. Templates are managed at Influenzic → Email Templates.
Template Editor Layout
The page uses a two-pane layout:
- Left sidebar — all templates grouped by category (Registration, Campaigns, Projects, Payments, Disputes, etc.). Click any template name to load it in the editor.
- Right panel — the active template editor with fields for Subject, Body, and Enabled toggle. A token reference chip list shows every variable available for the selected template.
Editing a Template
- Select the template from the left sidebar.
- Edit the Subject line. Tokens like
{{user_name}}are substituted when the email is sent. - Edit the Body. Plain text with line breaks is supported; the email wrapper and branding are applied automatically.
- Toggle Enabled off to disable this notification entirely without deleting the template.
- Click Save Template.
Resetting to Default
Click Reset to Default to restore the factory subject and body for the selected template. This cannot be undone — confirm before clicking.
Sending a Test Email
Click Send Test Email to deliver a rendered preview of the current template to your admin email address. The test email uses placeholder token values so you can check formatting and layout before saving.
Save the template before sending a test — the test is rendered from the saved version, not from the unsaved editor state.
