Brand Workflow & Bookmark Management

1. Bookmarking Creators

Click the bookmark icon on any influencer card or public profile page to save them to your saved creators list. Clicking the bookmark icon again removes the creator from your bookmarks with a smooth exit animation and toast notification.

2. Creating & Editing Custom Folders

From the Bookmarked Influencers dashboard, click + New Folder to open the creation modal. Enter a custom folder name and select an accent color from the 6-color palette (Red, Green, Yellow, Pink, Cyan, Purple). To update a folder name or accent color later, click the pencil edit icon next to any folder tab.

3. Assigning Creators to Multiple Folders

Click the Folder button on any bookmarked creator card to open the multi-select assignment modal. Check or uncheck any number of bookmark folders to assign the creator across multiple talent lists. The button updates dynamically to display the assigned folder name or total folder count (e.g., “2 Folders”).

4. Attaching Private Notes

Click the note icon on any creator card to add or update private internal notes. Notes are saved instantly via AJAX and displayed in a full amber callout badge on the creator card without truncation.
