Brands can control their campaign’s visibility and availability through status controls. Each status affects what influencers can see and whether new applications can be submitted.

paused |

No | Blocked | Admin rejected; brand can edit and resubmit |
cancelled |
No | Blocked | Brand-cancelled; pending applications auto-rejected |

No | Blocked | All projects finished; campaign closed by the system |
Pausing a Campaign
Use pause when you need a temporary break — perhaps you have enough applications to review and don’t want more flooding in. Active projects are unaffected; only new applications are blocked.
Declined Campaigns
When an admin declines a campaign submission, per-field feedback is attached to each problem area (e.g. “Campaign brief too vague — Step 2”). The brand receives a notification, and when they re-open the campaign wizard each annotated field is highlighted with the moderator’s note. Once corrected, the brand can resubmit, which moves the campaign back to pending_review.
Cancelling a Campaign
Cancelling a campaign removes it from the public influencer browse immediately. Pending applications that have not been reviewed are automatically rejected with a system notification. All existing active projects continue to their natural completion.
Admin Force-Status
Administrators can force any campaign into any status from the admin panel, regardless of the brand’s own controls. This is useful for moderating problematic campaigns or resolving disputes. A force-status action is logged with the admin’s user ID and a timestamp.
Navigate to Influenzic → Campaigns, find the campaign, and use the Force Status dropdown in the row actions.
