Creating Your First Campaign

Step-by-step walkthrough of the campaign creation wizard for brands.

Campaigns are the core unit of work on the platform. A brand creates a campaign, influencers apply or are invited, and the work is tracked inside individual projects. This guide walks through creating your first campaign.

Starting the Wizard

Log in as a brand and navigate to Dashboard → Campaigns → Create Campaign. The creation wizard has four steps.

Step 1: Platform & Type

  • Choose the social platform: Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
  • Choose the rate type: Fixed (you set the rate) or Negotiable (influencers propose their rate)

Step 2: Campaign Details

  • Campaign name — internal name, also shown to influencers in search
  • Campaign brief — full description of what the campaign is for, brand guidelines, dos and don’ts
  • Niche — helps influencers find the campaign in their browse filters
  • Deliverables — how many pieces of content and what type (Post, Reel/TikTok, YouTube video, Story)
Write a clear brief. Influencers use the brief to decide whether to apply. Campaigns with detailed briefs — including tone, hashtags, links, and example content — receive significantly more and better-quality applications.

Step 3: Budget & Slots

  • Rate per influencer (fixed-rate campaigns only) — the amount each accepted influencer is paid
  • Maximum influencer slots — how many influencers can be accepted for this campaign
  • Reference images — optional mood board uploads (JPEG/PNG, configurable max count and size)

Step 4: Review & Publish

Review all campaign details before submitting.

  • If campaign review is disabled (Redux: inzc_require_campaign_review = false), the campaign goes live immediately as active.
  • If campaign review is enabled (the default), the campaign enters pending_review status. The admin reviews it and either approves (moves to active) or declines it with per-field feedback.

If declined, the brand receives a notification. The campaign wizard re-opens with each problem field annotated with the admin’s note. After corrections, the brand resubmits and the process repeats.
