Deliverable Submission

How influencers upload content files or submit post URLs for each deliverable slot.

Influencers submit content for each deliverable slot defined by the campaign. Slots are independent — you can submit them one at a time as content is ready. The project does not advance to brand review until every slot has a submission.

File-Based Submission

Applies to: Instagram Posts, Reels, and Stories; TikTok Videos; YouTube Videos and Shorts.

  1. 1
Open the project from Dashboard → My Projects and locate the slot. Each slot card shows its type, current status, and the content deadline.
  2. 2
Upload your content file. Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP for image deliverables; MP4 and MOV for video. At least one file is required. Your operator may allow multiple files per slot — if so, the brand reviews them all and picks the preferred one.
  3. 3
Add a caption (optional but recommended). Enter the proposed post caption including required hashtags, mentions, or links from the campaign brief. This gives the brand reviewer everything in one view and speeds up approvals.
  4. 4
Add production notes (optional). Use this for context the reviewer needs: scene descriptions, shooting conditions, alternative options, or anything in the brief you could not accommodate and why.
  5. 5
Click Submit. The slot status changes from pending to submitted. Once all slots are submitted, the project advances to pending-review and the brand’s review clock starts.

URL-Based Submission

Applies to: Bio Link (link_bio) and Description Link (link_desc) placements. No file upload is needed. The influencer publishes the link on the social platform first, then records the live URL.

  1. 1
Add the brand’s URL to your Instagram bio, TikTok bio, or YouTube channel description as specified in the brief.
  2. 2
Open the project slot and paste the public URL of your profile or channel where the link is now live.
  3. 3
Submit. URL-based deliverables skip the brand content review stage entirely and move the project directly to posted status.

Slot Statuses

Status Meaning Next Action
pending No content uploaded yet Upload content and submit
submitted Files uploaded; awaiting brand review Wait for brand to review
approved Brand approved this slot Submit live post URL after all slots approved
revision_requested Brand sent feedback and needs a new version Read feedback and re-upload
posted Live post URL submitted; under verification Keep post live until verification window closes

Deadline Rules

The submission form is open while the project is active, late, or revision-requested. The effective deadline is whichever is later between the original content_due_date and the revision_deadline (always at least NOW + 48 h from when a revision was sent).

Submit before the deadline, not on it. The deadline is enforced server-side to the second. Build in buffer, especially for video uploads on slow connections.
What the brand sees: After you submit a slot, the brand sees your uploaded file(s), proposed caption, and production notes on their review page. They can approve or request revision on each slot independently.
