Once all deliverable slots are approved by the brand, the project moves to content-approved status. The influencer must now publish the content on the relevant social platform and submit the public URL of the live post. This URL is the proof of delivery that triggers verification and eventually the payment release.
The post URL submission field appears on each approved slot once the project reaches content-approved status.
Submission Steps
- 1
Publish the content on the relevant social platform using the approved files and caption.
- 2
Copy the public URL of the live post. See the platform-specific formats below — use the direct post URL, not your profile homepage.
- 3
Open the project from Dashboard → My Projects, locate the approved slot, and paste the URL into the Post URL field.
- 4
Click Submit Post URL. The slot status changes to
posted. - 5
Once all slots have a submitted URL, the project advances to
postedstatus and post verification begins. The brand is notified.

If Verification Fails
- Post is private or followers-only. Change it to public on the platform and ask the brand to trigger a manual re-verify from the campaign page.
- Wrong URL format. Use the share button on the post to get the canonical URL rather than copying from the browser address bar.
- Post was deleted. Re-publish the approved content and submit a Repost Request on the project to record the new URL.
- Temporary platform outage. Ask the admin to trigger a manual re-check from Influenzic → Projects.
Posting Deadline
After content approval, the influencer has a configurable window to submit all live post URLs (default: 72 hours). If the posting deadline passes without all URLs submitted, the project moves to late status and a quality score penalty applies. Submit promptly after publishing — do not wait until close to the deadline.
link_bio, link_desc) do not have a separate post URL step — the URL is submitted as part of the initial deliverable submission and the project skips to posted immediately.
